Calm and Happy You 8 weeks program is designed to move you from the place of constant stress and worrying to the place of lasting inner peace and feeling that you have control of your own life in your hands!

  • This 8-weeks course is based on the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program, originally developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, a professor of medicine at Massachusetts Medical School. It explores meditation exercises and other different methods of healing stress and methods of relaxation. You will be learning how to apply mindfulness to your daily life and communication.

  • We meet once a week for 8 consecutive weeks on a web-based live training. So, no need to walk out of your house! Just find a peaceful place in our home (if that is possible) and join us! It is every week at the same time so that you can put it on your calendars

  • Our meetings are always very interactive, joyful and fun! We breathe, meditate, discuss important topics and learn how to be happier with the lives we lead.

  • Each web live training lasts for 90-120 minutes, We will meditate together at least 2 times on each live training. And if you don’t know how, don’t worry. We will learn together! No prior experience needed.

  • We will cover many different topics on a call, utilizing some live coaching tools to help you manage difficult situations and bring more happiness to your life

  • Each participant gets 2 one-on-one confidential coaching calls
    You can schedule this 2 calls any time during the program.

  • You will have access to Exclusive Member Area with lots of downloads: guided meditations, yoga exercises, tips and tricks…
