Mindfulness teaches us how to shift our attention and focus from constant worrying about the future or reexamining of the past, into a present moment.
Mindfulness helps us become calmer and more focused.
It takes us out of the autopilot mode of functioning and helps us find a new appreciation for ourselves and the world around us.
Benefits of Mindfulness
Over the last 30 years, research in the fields of neuroscience, psychology, and medicine has documented many benefits of mindfulness and meditation, particularly in an 8-week mindfulness course format.

Our 8-week course is based on the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program, originally developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, a professor of medicine at Massachusetts Medical School.
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction 8-week course explores meditation exercises and other different methods of healing stress and methods of relaxation. You will be learning how to apply mindfulness to your daily life and communication.
Our meetings are always very interactive, joyful and fun! We breathe, meditate, discuss important topics and learn how to be happier with the lives we lead.
