So we get distracted. We are under constant stress.

Over the last 30 years, research in the fields of neuroscience, psychology, and medicine has documented many benefits of mindfulness and meditation, particularly in an 8-week mindfulness course format.

Our 8-week course is based on the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program, originally developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, a professor of medicine at Massachusetts Medical School.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction 8-week course explores meditation exercises and other different methods of healing stress and methods of relaxation. You will be learning how to apply mindfulness to your daily life and communication.

Our meetings are always very interactive, joyful and fun! We breathe, meditate, discuss important topics and learn how to be happier with the lives we lead.

Our programs are held live & online. So, no need to even leave your house! All you need is your computer, internet connection and a quiet place to log on.

We will be meeting, once a week for 2 hours, in the afternoon hours (7 pm to 9 pm) always on the same day, for the period of consecutive 8 weeks.
