This is an 8 week mindfulness course that uses a set of different techniques, including breathing, meditation, attention and movement exercises, to help you reduce stress and improve your overall well-being.

The course is LIVE but taking place online. So you can join from anywhere in the world, you only need a computer, internet connection and a quiet room. We will be meeting on Thursdays 7 to 9 pm, for a period of 8 consecutive weeks.
