– What is coaching?

Coaching is a partnership between you and your life coach, who will encourage you to explore how to make positive changes in your life.

Coaching can help you learn and develop in any area of your life: professional life, physical performance, emotional life, family life and relationships…

The coach will be there for you to provide a non-judgemental, open, collaborative and confidential space by focusing on your own thoughts, challenges, outcomes and goals. The coach will ask you the right questions and help you find the answers you are looking for.

Coaching can also be a powerful way of exploring your personal beliefs and values and how these are shaping your experience of life and your behaviours.

– What can you expect from a coaching session?

Coaching sessions will typically last between 45 and 60 minutes, and can be conducted over the phone, face to face, or via Skype/Zoom, whatever feels most comfortable for you.

During the session, your coach will ask you a number of questions about the area of life where you would like to receive coaching. It can be anything! You might have career and business goals, fitness or health goals, maybe you want to become less stressed, more focused, more productive, more confident, maybe you have relationship goals. All that can be addressed through coaching.

Your coach should never tell you what to do with your life, decisions are all yours! Your coach will only help you understand and evaluate your options.

All sessions will be confidential, allowing you to explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe space.

– Why should you try coaching?

Coaching is for you if you have areas of your life where you would like to do better. And we all have them, right?

Sometimes when we have a goal ahead of us, we have so many things going through our heads, so many options, possibilities, fears.

When you say all this out loud, discuss it with your coach, very often a clarity appears!

Your coach can also help you by being your accountability partner and helping you stay focused on your goals.

– How would you know coaching is for you?

Very simple, you try.

If you would like to try coaching with me, we will schedule a first FREE consultation/discovery call. This is the call when we get to know one another, talk about coaching, your expectations from it, as well as about the goals you would like to achieve through coaching.

If we see that we are a good fit and we can work together we set up a coaching plan of action!

– Why should you consider me for your coach?

I am International Coach Federation accredited Transformational Coach, graduate of Animas Centre for Coaching, London, UK.

I also have behind me more than 16 years of corporate experience, in multinational companies. I have developed business, created marketing strategies and campaigns and managed big teams of people across geographies. I know a bit about how business and people work.

I am also Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Teacher and a Yoga Teacher. I am very serious about wellbeing and mental health.  I believe we all need to take it seriously if we want to live long happy healthy lives!
